Emergency Service – We are always happy to talk to our customers and help them diagnos problems over the phone. The current health envoirnment makes it difficult (not impossible) to dispatch technicians to a customer’s site. We have remote diagnostic tools that we use to solve problems without an on site visit in many cases.
